West Ham fans are becoming more frustrated with David Moyes’ tenure at the London Stadium, with multiple suggestions being mooted for his replacement.
Despite sitting in seventh in the Premier League, the Scot’s defensive style of play has been heavily scrutinised throughout the current campaign, especially since the turn of the year.
The Hammers were only able to claim their first victory of 2024 in February, ending an eight-match winless run with a 4-2 win over Brentford.

According to Sky Sports News (8 April), Potter has turned down an opportunity to become the head coach of Ajax in the Eredivisie, a club currently experiencing one of the worst times in the club’s history.
Their latest embarrassment was a 6-0 battering at the hands of rivals Feyenoord in De Klassieker (7 April) and the prospect is one that you think might have attracted Potter.
However, considering the fact that the former Brighton and Chelsea manager has snubbed a move to Ajax, board members must waste no time in drawing him to the London Stadium.
His spell at Stamford Bridge should not come as a concern to the Hammers, having started to build something very special during his time with the Seagulls.
Potter has plenty of experience and could take West Ham even higher than they have already reached while playing a more expansive style of football in the process.
Many clubs will be interested in the manager ahead of the 2024/25 campaign, which is exactly why West Ham must take decisive action to replace Moyes, even with a handful of matches still to play.
