Chelsea could look to strike a deal to sell one of their players this week, and personal terms have been agreed.
According to Belgian reporter Sacha Tavolieri, Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has agreed a 3+1 year contract to join Juventus this summer.
However, this deal could hinge on whether Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic is involved in it or not as a swap deal, and it looks like we potentially might have a new problem there.
Tavolieri explains that Vlahović’s physical fragility in the adductor muscles (pubalgia) poses a problem and has given rise to fear in Italy linked to a risk of failure at the medical examination should he leave Juventus.
This would obviously put any club off signing him, including Chelsea. So that could be a potential spanner in the works of any deal. I doubt Juventus will be willing to pay upfront money to buy Lukaku. But lets see what happens next I guess.
