Everton expressed interest in Arsenal defender Cedric Soares this week, but he could yet leave because Olympiacos in Greece is interested, according to ESPN.
Sean Dyche, the manager of the Toffees, was looking to acquire a full-back before the transfer window closed.
Everton were interested in signing Arsenal defender Cedric, but the transfer window has now closed, ruling out that prospect.
Cedric could still seal a move away from Arsenal this summer though.
He is also attracting interest from Greek giants Olympiacos and with the transfer window in the country open until 11th September, a deal could be done.
The ball is in Olympiacos’ court when it comes to signing Cedric.
The 32-year-old is in the final year of his Arsenal deal.
He has not played for Arsenal this season and spent the second half of last season on loan at Fulham.
