Key player will exit Goodison Park in January via a move.

Everton loanee Jack Harrison was instructed to return to Leeds United “in a heartbeat.”

Our exclusive writer, former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson, will be sharing his thoughts on the major topics at Leeds United each week, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on board.

Paul Robinson said Jack Harrison was Leeds United’s “best player last season” and that he would sign him again “in a heartbeat.”

Harrison moved from the Championship to the Premier League this summer by going on loan to struggling Everton, but happily for the Elland Road supporters, he will be coming back at the end of the campaign.

The Englishman, who is still recovering from a hip injury and has yet to make his Toffees debut, is expected to be fully healthy by the end of September, according to BirminghamLive (August 15). Last season, the Englishman was a lone bright spot for Leeds during their disappointing relegation-ending campaign.

The 26-year-old has been singled out by Robinson as the only loanee from Leeds United that he would want to be reintegrated into the team for the upcoming season. Robinson believes that if they are promoted this year, the player’s goal-scoring and creative abilities should be rewarded with another chance at Elland Road.

Robinson remarked in an exclusive interview with MOT Leeds News, “I’d take Jack Harrison back in a heartbeat.

“He was the finest player last year, in my opinion. His accomplishments, originality, assists, and overall contribution to the squad.

“However, if you consider the other players who are on loan, I wouldn’t consider that to be wonderful if they return the next season.

“Without a doubt, you would take it back. He’s now injured, which is why I believe it was a low transfer to Everton. When he gets fit, I believe he’ll be a big benefit to them.

In unrelated Leeds United news, this summer, the Whites tried an email-based attempt to sign an international talent.
