We take a look at the starting lineup that Carlos Corberan is expected to use when West Brom face Bristol City.
West Brom expects to climb into the top six with a win at Bristol City, but the Robins have had a fantastic season.
Despite their recent setback, Carlos Corberan is unlikely to make major changes to the roster; instead, he may make a few tweaks.
West Brom’s probable starting XI comprises regulars such as Alex Palmer, Darnell Furlong, Semi Ajayi, Conor Townsend, Okay Yokuslu, and Matt Phillips, who must perform well to preserve their spots in the team. Brandon Thomas-Asante is the player.

West Bromwich Albion have had a mixed start to the season, and a win over Bristol City at Ashton Gate on Saturday will move them closer to the top six.
It won’t be easy against a Robins’ team that has had some solid wins in the early stages of the season, but Carlos Corberan’s side will back themselves to get the points if they play to their best.

Albion entered the international break after a 2-1 defeat at home to Huddersfield, with Neil Warnock’s side grabbing a stoppage time winner.

Carlos Corberan will not panic and make drastic adjustments.
As a result, while the Spaniard may be tempted to alter his group, he is more likely to remain with the majority, who have been performing well overall.

And now, let’s have a look at the Baggies’ expected starting XI against Nigel Pearson’s side…

The right-back has been a regular since Corberan took over, and he will almost certainly start against Bristol City.

In the future, new signing Pipa will bring competition in that area.
The Nigerian international did not play in the last match against Huddersfield, with Kyle Bartley getting a rare start.

However, with Ajayi again available, he will almost certainly return to the starting lineup.

As a left-footer, Kipre provides solid defensive balance, and while Erik Pieters is another good option for Corberan, the fact is that Kipre deserves to be in the club.

He’s done well since returning from his loan, but he understands that if he wants to keep Pieters on the bench, he can’t let his standards slide.

The 30-year-old has been a regular under Corberan and will continue to play as the main left-back this season.

Townsend has battled with consistency, but at his best, he is a competent defender and an excellent outlet down the left wing.
The Turkish international was a great player for Albion last season, but he hasn’t reached the heights expected this season.

But he is still a key player, and Yokuslu will almost certainly start against the Robins on Saturday.
The Irishman offers drive and intensity to the middle, and his skills make him an obvious choice for Corberan.

He will try to derail the process once more.
