‘I’m genuinely frightened,’ says Sean Dyche.

Everton defender Nathan Patterson, according to journalist Paul Brown, is a player in whom Sean Dyche does not have faith right now.

Everton’s Premier League campaign has started slowly. They have one point from five games and have scored only two goals.

They have surrendered nine goals this season. Patterson started the first four games of the season before being replaced by veteran Ashley Young in Everton’s last match.

Many people were surprised because Young is now 38 years old and Patterson is 21 years old.

Journalists are concerned about Sean Dyche’s faith in Patterson.
It’s a difficult time for the manager, and the fact that he’s changing his team implies that he doesn’t know what his best starting lineup is.

“I’m really worried about Everton’s options at full-back,” journalist Paul Brown stated through GiveMeSport of Patterson. None of these appear ideal to me. Sean Dyche clearly does not trust Patterson defensively.”

The defender, who cost roughly £16 million, is definitely considered as a player for the Toffees’ present and future.

Despite this, it appears that the player has failed to impress following his first four appearances, which is why Brown believes Dyche is not trusting him right now.

Brentford’s next game will be a challenging one as they travel to face Brentford. Dyche will undoubtedly need to have his squad scoring and keeping clean sheets if he is to keep them in the division.

If they do not gain some traction soon, it will almost certainly be another situation in which they are fighting for their life at the bottom.
