After what he accomplished in the previous 24 hours, a Leeds guy sends Jack Harrison a one-word note.

Leeds United’s Junior Firpo gives a one-word message to Jack Harrison following what he done in the previous 24 hours.

Leeds United defender Junior Firpo has texted Jack Harrison in response to what he done in the last 24 hours.

The 26-year-old, who is on loan at Everton, made his Premier League debut against Aston Villa in a 2-1 Carabao Cup triumph on Wednesday (27 September).

The midfielder said he was “happy” to make his debut and thanked the Toffees fans for their support on Instagram, to which Firpo replied with “Superman” and a fire emoji.

Controversial

Firpo’s answer to Harrison’s article may prove problematic among certain Leeds fans, who were dissatisfied with the latter’s decision to leave the club.

He was eager to continue playing at the top level, and after performing for the Whites in the Premier League, a loan move to Everton became available.

With the Toffees possessing an option-to-buy provision in his contract, he is unlikely to play for the West Yorkshire club again if the Merseysiders sign him on a permanent basis.

Firpo is another player who splits fans, as the Dominican has had a mixed season after moving to Elland Road from Barcelona in 2021.

However, the 27-year-old, who has yet to play this season due to injury, is working his way back to health and will be expecting to be given the chance to prove his worth whenever he returns.

In other Leeds United news, the club is planning to replace Victor Orta with a fresh hire.
