Bolton Wanderers will be boosted by the return of key players for the Cobblers
clash “We will be a bit hot, as we usually are, but we have to come back and prove everyone has wrong.”
Bolton Wanderers manager Ian Evatt expects to have a number of key players back from injury for Saturday’s trip to Northampton.
Ricardo Santos, Paris Maghoma and Gethin Jones are all expected to be available again while summer signing Carlos Mendes Gomes could also be in the running.

Evatt also hopes key striker Dion Charles will return from international duty as Northern Ireland shows no signs of ill health due to the shoulder problem bothering him.
Bolton were stunned 3-1 by Carlisle United last time out, but the pre-season title favorites will aim to get back on track this weekend.
“For several weeks we had been saying we might have to get through this difficult time and unfortunately we weren’t able to sign the contract we wanted before the break,” Evatt said.
“But I think when you look at the game and how it goes, we really miss the players that have the X Factor when we want someone to dribble, pass the ball, that’s why we signed contract with Carlos and Paris.

“We have a star striker who still scores goals but is no longer himself due to injury. Any team in this league would struggle without these players. We still got some results, but we need to get them back and we’ll also need a bit of grounding to keep them in good shape.
“We’ll be under a bit of pressure, as always, but we’ve got to come back and prove everyone wrong.” We’ve had a little bit of time to freshen things up, get everyone back and now we can attack this game against Northampton to make sure we get going in the right direction.
