Nashville: The Tennessee Titans saw more players leave than they added on the first day of free agency.

Of the three players who left, two of them joined the Chicago Bears.
The latest Titan turned Bear is defensive lineman DeMarcus Walker.
Walker joins the Bears on a three-year contract worth more than $7 million per season.
Walker had a career year with the Titans in 2022.
His production exploded during his year in Nashville.
Walker set career highs with 32 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, seven sacks and 16 quarterback hits.
Walker played in all 17 games for the first time in his career and made six starts at Tennessee.
Walker’s marriage to the Titans only lasted a year, as Walker has now left the Windy City to play for the Bears.
The Titans will be left with a hole in the defensive line.
Walker played 426 snaps for the Titans defense at multiple top-seven positions.
The Titans caught Nate Davis off guard earlier today when he played against the Chicago Bears.
Next up is the loss of quarterback David Long, who will join the Miami Dolphins.
For Walker, these three losses create an immediate need on the Titans roster, and since the team doesn’t have much quality depth, no one is ready to replace each of them.
This makes it difficult for the Titans to move forward in free agency.
They could have signed offensive lineman Andre Dillard, but his contract would have cut into the cap space they had to begin with.

With just six draft picks and a limited number of players, the Titans will have the difficult task of filling three holes created since day one of free agency, not to mention the ones that existed before .
