Good News: Mikel Arteta says that’s Gunners do something no team has done before

Mikel Arteta’s team led 5-0 at the half and scored just one more goal in the second half to coast to victory.
As long as Gabriel Martinelli’s injury isn’t too serious, it was a nearly ideal evening for the in-form north Londoners, and the outcome shows how good Arsenal is right now.
After defeating West Ham by the same score last month and winning 5-0 at Burnley in their previous away league match, they are now the first team in English league football to win three straight away games by five goals or more.

Furthermore, Arteta hinted that this might be the finest game he has managed Arsenal in his more than four years in that role.

When asked if he had anticipated his squad to get out to such a fast start, Arteta told, “Definitely not. It’s rather tough to open them up against Sheffield United, as I’ve seen many teams struggle against.” However, we also demonstrated that positivity and quality right away. We were really effective in small areas and appeared menacing.

“The players, the form they’re in, they’re confident, the chemistry, the determination that they are showing in every ball,” Arteta responded when asked why his team has been scoring goals so freely. They still think they can get better and they want more because we can all get better at some things, and that’s something we should all continue to believe in.

Arteta continued: “Without looking at the numbers it’s probably the best that we’ve been but it has to be at the end of the season and we are focused on that…”
The victory sends yet another message to Manchester City and Liverpool that Arsenal will probably be present for the finish of what is sure to be an exciting title fight.
But if his team wants to defeat Liverpool and Manchester City, who play each other on Sunday, for the championship, Arteta cautioned them that they cannot afford to lose any more games before the end of the campaign.

It’s encouraging that we’re scoring goals and not giving up, but right now we need to win every game, the Spaniard stated.
“That’s the demands these two teams have set over the past few years and that’s the task ahead of us.”
Naturally, club veteran Thierry Henry is really impressed with what he’s seeing, but he doesn’t think Arsenal should be the favorites.
Henry declared: “My heart belongs to Arsenal, and we all know where that will end.”

But City remains, in my opinion, the side to beat.
