Just Now: Chelsea legend Eden Hazard will accompany Frank Lampard when he returns to management.

Frank Lampard will make a return to Stamford Bridge as a manager, with the former Chelsea boss taking charge of the England team for this summer’s Soccer Aid charity match

Frank Lampard is coming back to Stamford Bridge, but this time as a manager for a very special game. He’s going to be in charge of the England team at Soccer Aid, a big charity football match that happens every year.

Lampard hasn’t been managing a team since he left Chelsea, but now he’s teaming up with his uncle Harry Redknapp for this event.

The former West Ham midfielder says he is really happy about being part of Soccer Aid. He said: “Playing in front of a sold-out crowd at Stamford Bridge is special – for any player, on any occasion.

I’m excited to be doing that again – this time with Soccer Aid for UNICEF. Managing the Soccer Aid England team with Harry Redknapp will be a proud moment and great fun – but the main focus is rightly on the millions of pounds we can all raise together.”

The England team will have lots of famous players like Jermain Defoe, Jack Wilshere, Stuart Broad, and Sir Mo Farah. But everyone’s also talking about Eden Hazard, who used to play with Lampard at Chelsea, reports the Express. He’s going to be playing too, but for the Rest of the World team.

Lampard shared his excitement about the event, saying:“Playing in front of a sold-out crowd at Stamford Bridge is special – for any player, on any occasion.

Hazard expressed his joy about returning to Stamford Bridge:“My Chelsea family – I am coming home on Sunday June 9! I can’t wait to see you all again. Playing at Stamford Bridge was always amazing. We won so many trophies together there. Some of the very best memories I have in football – seven brilliant years. I miss them.
