Breaking: Yodphupa acted in an unexpected way during their last meeting.

On Friday, May 17, ONE Championship touched down at the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, once again for a fight card loaded with intriguing matchups and world-class talent.

ONE Friday Fights 63 featured 11 top-tier martial arts contests, and the global fanbase witnessed highlight-reel finishes and three-round scraps across the card.

In case you missed any of the action, here’s how the world’s largest martial arts organization’s latest weekly spectacle went down inside the Mecca of Muay Thai live in Asia primetime.

Yodphupa Wimanair entered this bantamweight Muay Thai fixture with his back against the wall. But he fought like a warrior full of confidence against a game Soner “Golden Boy” Sen.

The Thai star did damage inside the pocket with crisp punches and body kicks while Sen worked effectively with teasing kicks from outside in the opening three minutes.

As the match progressed, Yodphupa grew in confidence, and it showed when he sent his Turkish down off a left hook-straight right combo in the dying seconds of round two.

The Payakphudin star stuck to a similar offense in the final round and tagged a visibly frustrated Sen with loaded fists and body kicks, which helped him bag the majority decision win in the end.

The victory brought an end to Yodphupa’s three-match slump and improved his resume to 65-12.
